𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮
On November 2022, The Tropicana Golf and Country Resort hosted the Dental Gala Night 2022 of the Lincoln University Faculty of Dentistry. The Lincoln University Dental Students’ Association performed fantastically (LUCDENSA). “Bridgerton: The Diamond of the season” served as the theme for the evening. Datuk Yusof bu Bakar, Prof. Datuk Dr. Hajjah Bibi Florina Abdullah, and Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik served as the evening’s distinguished guests. The education counselor of Uzbekistan Embassy in Malaysia, Mr. Suhrob Vaseev, was also an international guest that evening. The senior management’s involvement, together with that of the dean of dentistry, Prof. Dr. Rasheed Abdulsalam, and deputy dean, Dr. Misliah Ahmad, not only pushed the lecturers and students but also inspired them.
Each distinguished guest’s words were commendable and motivating as usual. From the students who had just applied for admission to those who had just graduated with flying colors, there was an active engagement. Students who excelled in their final exams received prizes. In order to make the evening a success, the Faculty of Dentistry acknowledges and is grateful to all of the students, academic and non-academic staff, special guests for the evening, and last but not least, the members of LUCDENSA.
